Dr. John C. Dugger, Ph.D., Professor,

Dr. Dugger has more than 27 years of experience in higher education as a faculty member, department chair, and dean. He is proud, as well, of his six years as a high school teacher in Virginia. His vita includes publishing more than 40 refereed articles, acquiring more than one million dollars in grants and guiding 16 doctoral students to completion. With degrees from Virginia Tech and Texas A& M, Dr. Dugger has served as a program reviewer, editor, and in many other professional roles in support of Technology Education.
